Bread cheese-salad to Chirstmas table G, L

About 4 portions



1 redvein dock pot
1/2 iceberg salad
Half honeymelon
2 apples
200 g lactose breadcheese

Cowberry sauce:

2 dl of cowberries
3/4 dl rapeseed oil
2 tablespoon of light balsamic
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
pinch of salt and black pepper


1. First prepare the sauce. Puree the cowberries in a blender. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve the sauce separately.

2. Prepare the salad just before serving, so that it won't turn watery nor the apples will darken. Wash the redvein dock and iceberg-salad. Peel and slice the honeymelon. Wash the apples, remove core and slice into the salad without peeling. Favor the red apples if possible(they bring nice color). Slice the bread cheese amongst.
3.Pour the cowberry sauce into the finished portion.
