Chanterelle Sauce G

4-6 portions

Ingredients:

Tervens-pasta
500g chanterelle
2 big onions
4 dl cream
Salt, pepper
Butter for frying (fair amount)
Lemon
Parmesan

 

Instructions:

1. Cut the onions and chanterelles

2. Saute the onions in fair amount of butter

3. Add chanterelles and evaporate liquids

4. Add salt, pepper and cream. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed

5. Let it brew for a while and add half of lemon's juice and parmesan as much as you like it.

6. Serve with pasta and salad, add parmesan on top of dish
