Cheesepasta G

about 4 portions


300g fusilli
n. 100g parmesan
4-5 tomatoes
Mustapekka food cream 2,5dl
4 cloves of garlic
Mozzarella ~50g
Olive oil
(dollop of cooking water)


1. Cut tomatoes and garlic.
2. Cook the pasta according to package's instructions.
3. At the same time, heat up oil in a pan in medium heat, add tomatoes and after a moment garlics.
4. Add cream and dollop of pasta's cooking water.
5. Add cooked pasta.
6. Add mozzarella and parmesan, mix until texture is good. Add cheese or liquid if necessary.
7. Serve, decorate with basilica and enjoy!
