Mushroom-onion pasta


About 3 portions

200g chickpeafusilli

2 big onions

200g mushrooms

2 dl Oatly oatcream


Organic butter for frying (fair amount)


1. Cook the pasta as instructions say.

2. Cut the onions and the mushrooms.

3. Saute the onions in fair amount of butter.

4. Add the mushrooms and brew.

5. Add salt, pepper and oatcream.

6. Let it brew for a moment.

7. Mix the ingredients together and serve.

Add parmesan on top of the portion and enjoy!
