Quorn-pasta G

About 2-4 portions


300g chilipasta


 1 bag (300g) quorn groat
 about 15 cm piece of leek
 1 persimon
 1 sliced chili
 about 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
 1/2 dl peanut butter
 salt and pepper according to your taste
 pinch of sugar
 dollop of water


 grated cheddar (Jukolan juusto)


1. Saute quorn-groats, sliced chili, ginger and chopperd leek in oil

2. Add coconut milk, peanut butter and peeled, diced persimon

3. Season with salt and pepper

4. Brew it about 15 minutes

5. Add water if sauce is too thick

6. Cook the pasta, drain and serve with sauce

Grate fair amount of cheddar and chopped leek on top
