About 300 g salmon
5 dl chickpeapenne
1 bundle fresh green broccoli
1 can Valio Koskenlaskija Ruoka chili (cream cheese)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1. Put water to boil and cook the pasta according to package's instruction for 5-6 minutes.
2. Cut the broccoli. Heat pan and put a pat of butter in there. Throw broccoli's flowers there and brown them a bit. Add pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Add pasta, salmon and Koskenlaskija chili to the pan with broccoli. Mix all ingredients together and pasta is ready to be served.
