Smoked ham-pastasalad G, L

about 10 portions


2 apples
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
half leek
1 cucumber
about 4 dl macaroni (dry)
about 400g peas
about 300g smoked ham


4 dl sour cream (lactose-free)
about 1 dl of chives
about 1 dl of sweet chili-sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
dollop of strong mustard
2 cloves of garlic


1. Mix sour cream and other dressing's ingredients. Put the dressing in to the fridge to spice up.

2. Cook the pasta according to package's instruction. Rinse with cold water and let it cool down.

3. Cut apples and vegetables.

4. Rinse and defrost peas.

5. If wanted, heat up the ham fast in the pan.

6. Mix apples, vegetables, peas, macaronis and ham in serving bowl.

7. Add sour cream.

8. Serve with cherrytomatoes, basilica and lemon.
