Tofubeanballs and chickpeapasta
Tervens chickpeapasta
150g cold smoked tofu
1dl kidneybeans
1 tablespoon of oil
1dl gramflour (or other gluten flour)
1 tablespoon of fresh basilica
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon of salt
0.5 teaspoon of lemon pepper
0.5 teaspoon of white pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

300g crushed tomatoes
1dl coconut cream
1 teaspoon of salt
1dl fresh basilica and thyme
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)


1. Drain tofu and kidneybeans. Crush them as smooth as possible.

2. Add oil and gramflour and mix. Add herbs, spices and crushed garlics.

3. Sauce: Saute the garlics in drop of oil. Add cream, salt, crushed tomatoes and cook them until it thickens (about 20 minutes.) Add herbs and serve.

4. Cook the pasta as said in instructions.
