Vegan Bolognese G, L, Ve

2 - 3 portions

Ingredients:

200g Chickpeafusilli
2 dl Dark soygroat
2 dl Water
1 Onion
3 Cloves of garlic
370g (rainbow) crushed tomatoes chili

 

Instructions:

1. Saute the onion and garlic in pan. Add dark soygroats and roast few minutes.
2. Add crushed tomatoes and spices, brew about 10 minutes.
3. Serve with fresh herbs.
